Training 1 — Understanding the Science of Fear: How Your Brain Really Works 

Your brain functions as an integrated whole, yet has two distinct pathways when reacting to life events…

The Stay Away from “Danger” Pathway. Sure, fear can be helpful for a split second as it alerts you to possible danger — but if it stays with you too long, it’s hard to choose the wisest response.

The Wise, Big-Picture, Fearless Pathway. When challenges arise, this part of your brain helps you assess what’s important and determine the best course of action.

As you’ll discover, through positive habits and practices, you can intercept the stressful voices from your brain’s Stay Away from “Danger” Pathway, AND redirect and amplify the calm, clear perspective of your brain’s Wise, Big-Picture Pathway.

Training 2 — Is Fear Having Its Way With You? How to Understand Fear Responses 

Your body’s fear response is exactly the same, whether the threat is physical or emotional. Your brain springs into action based on past hurts, before it has all the facts.

Once you understand how fear works and gain mastery over it, you can turn fear into a powerful force for good in your life.

Training 3 — Are Feelings Running Your Life? Discover Which Feelings Are Undermining Your Success

YES! You will receive an email every morning with the day’s training and workbook! And replays will be available until August 1st.

What technology will I need?

You’ll only need a computer or mobile device.

Are there any hidden costs?

No costs! This is a completely free​ 5-day event for YOU (and grab your best friends too!).

When does 5 Days to Freedom from Fear start?

We are hosting a special LIVE Kickoff with a special LIVE event with Rhonda, Tuesday, July 19 at 5:00pm Pacific/8:00pm Eastern.

We then dive into 5 Days to Freedom from Fear Wednesday, July 20. You’ll receive an email each morning with the day’s training and digital workbook. We will also post in our private, Facebook community.

What if I can’t participate every day?
Good news! There is no daily event to attend. You can work with the material on your own schedule. If you are on Facebook, you can share your #FearlessWins and see how others are applying these tools in their lives.
Will I no longer experience fear?
That’s a great question. Fear is wired into our neurobiology so there’s no getting rid of fear yet, you can gain mastery over it. That’s where Rhonda comes in.
