"My name is Amy Mead, and I'm a PC, which is a program candidate and the Fearless Living life coaching program. I found Ronda's work two years ago at Kripalu when I did a workshop with Rhonda and I, after that had started working with my own Fearless Living coach. And through that work, I was really inspired to do coaching on my own and I enrolled in the program and it's the best decision I've ever made. When I came in to the program, I was expecting to learn how to be a better communicator. And I had hoped that I would get skills to use in both my culture in my coaching and in my personal life. And I've, I've done both of those things while here. And it's also solidified my desire to be a coach and helped me to realize that I can be a good coach. And I do have some of those skills. And I do understand all the concepts, but what I have also taken away from it is just the amount of personal growth that I've had. And in thinking about the way that I have conversations with people, how I show up to those conversations and what that says about me, and it's been amazing. I have three boys they're 12, eight and six. My eight year old has special needs. So it, you have to be very tactful communicating with him anyway. And there are definitely skills that I've learned here today that, you know, have really been moments of insight where I've realized if I just changed some of the language that I used with him, I could probably have better communication with him as well. And I would say, if you ever have an opportunity to do any of Ronda's workshops, do them do them all. And this one specifically, it really can be used anywhere. I mean, it's about having better conversations and being a better communicator and you can use it at work at home and, you know, various areas of your personal life. And I just think everybody could use better communication skills."
